Information Gathered by Us:
We gather information about visitors to our website to improve the information and services offered. There are two types of information we collect through our website: Visitor Information and Personal Information. How we collect this information is illustrated below.
We collect Personal Information when you complete an application, quote request, online form, or survey. We retain Personal Information for only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purpose(s), or as required by laws and regulations. We also collect email addresses of those who communicate with us via email. We do not sell or share e-mail addresses to any third party.
Use of Personal Information:
We do not sell, trade, or give away your personal information to anyone. We may use your Personal Information to contact you when necessary to process your quote, application or information request.
We may contact you about additional products and services offered by us. You can opt out of receiving these additional communications from us by following the opt-out procedures below.
We will only disclose your Personal Information to third parties when one of the following limited situations arise:
Insurance Companies and Licensed Agents:
If you submit a quote or application, we will disclose your personal information to your chosen insurance company to process your application. If you submit an application for an insurance product offered through an insurance agent or agency with whom we have associated, then we may disclose your Personal Information to that agent or agency to process your requested quote or application. Please be assured that the agent or agency is only allowed to use your personal information to process your requested quote or application and is contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality. Be sure to read all notices and authorizations connected with an application before completion.
We may disclose your personal information to other companies that help us process or service your insurance application. Be assured that we will only disclose the portion of your personal information that is necessary to process or service your insurance application. These third parties are not allowed to use personal information except for the purpose of providing these services. For instance, we disclose a customer’s credit card number, expiration date, and state of residency to our credit card processor in order to process the charges through the issuing bank of the credit card. The companies we hire to process or service your insurance application or correspond with you are not allowed to use your Personal Information for their own purposes and are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality.
We may disclose or report your personal information when we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is required or permitted under law, for example, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities or to resolve consumer disputes.

This is especially true for information you transmit to us via e-mail. We have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our servers.
Internally, we restrict access to Personal Information to employees who need access to the information in order to process your application, quote or service request. These employees are limited in number, and are committed to our privacy and security policies. We will review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate. Should you feel that there has been a breach to the security of this site, please contact us immediately at the e-mail address or the telephone number listed below.
