Yes, policy documents are generated and emailed to the broker once coverage is bound.

Commissions through Attorneys Advantage are typically within 10-12.5% of premium, but willing to be reviewed based on the agencies opportunities and collaboration with the Attorneys Advantage program.

Agencies can be billed on behalf of the insured net of the commission, also known as Account Current. Business paid in full by check to the Attorneys Advantage program will receive a commission check payable to the agency.

Attorneys Advantage accepts account current (agency is net billed premium less commission) or pay in full by check or ACH. Please contact your Underwriter for ACH details.

Yes, please reach out to your underwriter for premium financing details.

An outside premium financing agreement is permitted. Payment is still due to the Attorneys Advantage program upfront, either by check or via Account Current.
